About Jannine
Jannine is a New Zealand-registered nurse with over 10 years’ experience across clinical practice, workforce support, project delivery, and consultancy.
She works alongside individuals and organisations to strengthen safe practice, improve decision-making, and support people to sustain themselves in demanding roles. Her approach is calm, structured, and grounded in both clinical experience and evidence-based methods.
